1. Check the consumable status
>Printing consumables depleted?
If the toner or the inkjet cartridge is depleted, the printouts will be blank. You need to replace a new toner or inkjet cartridge.

>The toner or the inkjet cartridge unopened?
If the toner is unopened, you need to take away the plug, pull out the sealing tape, shake at both ends of the cartridge 6-8 times, and then install the toner cartridge into the printer.

Likewise, if the inkjet cartridge is unopened, you need to tear off the yellow sealing before using it.

>The print head clogged?
If your inkjet printer hasn’t been used for a long time, the print head may be clogged. To solve this problem, we made a video about how to clean up the print head.

2. Check the printer settings
>The settings of printing paper incorrect?
If the size and type of the printing papers are not in line with the settings of the printer, your printer may not work properly. You just need to adjust the settings in a correct way.
